- Lots of exciting flavors, and all made entirely in-house. They make their ice cream from local milk which they pasteurize themselves (!) as well as local cream and eggs.
I can't recommend anything because everything is freaking amazing. Best ice cream in nyc! Be prepared for lines.
They have an awesome Ice Cream Lab where you can literally watch the magic happen. They even have a window down low for the little ones to get a peek.

The best ice cream I've ever had! No bases used here, everything from scratch. I'm convince they have a dairy cow out back.
