In terminal 1, you can find free wifi, free computers to use and comfortable leaning chairs.

Good airport with free wifi. Transfer terminal 3 can get really backed up during peak flight arrivals.

One of the most organized airports in the world. A better place to stop versus Dubai DXB due to more traffic in Dubai. Very relaxing and more of a family atmosphere. Etihad Airways is the best !

Complimentary free parking for 7 days with an Etihad ticket. Wonderful promotion! Hope I don't get charged when I come back :)

Huge but not organized .. people going everywhere to look for different thing .. this is creating a hill of traffic ... need to be checked and fixed

Make sure you go to the lounge closest to your gate. There's a smaller lounge near terminal 1, with less food, but still with a spa. But it's a win cause it's less crowded.

Connect to the free WiFi and use mobile website to get gate number, long before it appears on information displays, which only have two pages and only show flights about 90mins before.

Если вы летите Etihad и у вас длительная пересадка, можно 1. получить ваучеры на бесплатный завтрак и обед) 2. Спать тут холодно, но возможно... на креслах-лежаках в терминале 1. 3. Вай-фай есть)

A luxurious airport but small elevators make it annoying. First class and business class lounges for Etihad flight is very luxurious

The airport is small..till they open the new one. However you can find lots of brands here. As for food there is not very much variety on options but you can find different kinds for most tastes.

People from Etihad are really helpful. My friend lost his passport and they really made an effort to find it. We found it at customs.

Departure information boards shows old information and flights up to an hour after the present time you arrive. Ask the staff for your information for your flight and they will guide you.

Банкоматы почти напротив выхода на улицу. Карту halifat можно купить только за мелкую наличку. Чтобы попасть в автобус до центра надо не зевать, места только сидячие, их быстро занимают местные.

Friendly and fast service. Free wifi. Duty free is great, Terminal 3 is better for airport shopping.

The toilets here tend to get pretty crowded and there's a long queue. Use the toilets near the gates where you exit the aircraft. They generally are less crowded.

Business class lounge is small, but offers everything you need. Food is really good.

If you can't find your flight on the screen go to abudhabiairport.ae and check it! The wifi is free :)

There're a lot of food courts here, you'll find Burger King (if it's hard to make a choice) there's a bookstore not so much books there but yeah it's better than nothing.

It's really annoying when you enter the airport to wait at long lines. It's very possible that you miss your connecting flight if your layover is less than 70-80 minutes.

Этихад кормит людей, которые находятся в аэропорту более 4х часов. Нужно подойти на их стойку и попросить талоны;) а потом выбрать что-то в Макдоналдсе или в pizza and pasta.

Use the sleeper pods if you have a long layover...they cost around $15 AUD per hour. You'll find them around gate 32 terminal 3

If you got a connection from Abu Dhabi and need to take a shower then take the stairs down on the right after Gate 35 for a hidden toilet!

I just booked for the first time through #Etihadairways came to checkin my bagage only to be told that I should've checked in before. The flight is fully booked I might wait until the next@11 pm!!

You might find it complex to actually find the taxi stands - after you exit arrivals turn left and take the lift/escalator down and straight through the tunnel. There you go!

free wifi, modern clean and kid friendly airport. families travelling with young children are given priority in checking in and in transfers.

Terminal 1 was very old. Terminal 3 looks quite nice. Food options quite few. Free WiFi was great!!
