Bryant Balatbat: The pork broth is milky without being overly rich. The chashu is very flavorful and melts in your mouth. Make sure to order extra chashu because the one that your bowl will come with wont be enough.

Bryant Balatbat: For the bold, this is authentic Filipino food, not fusion/modern. Crispy pata (deep fried pork leg) is a must. Pork belly sisig is also good. The garlic rice can be too strong for some. Try the turon!

Bryant Balatbat: MEI-JIN beef ramen is good but a bit sweet for my taste. Spicy Pork is very flavourful and the pork itself has a strong garlic taste. Prepare to sweat. Japanese fried chicken is a must!
