Really good food. Not "authentic" but still good. Love their salsa and their various flavored lemonades. Portions are perfect. Service needs help. They rarely get your order right.
Try a burrito on their new whole wheat tortillas, especially the breakfast burrito, which is available all day :p
I have a love/hate relationship with this hotel: wonderful setting, amazing spa and cool grounds, but service can be pretty bad. Those who do SPG will notice they don't always play by those rules.

Order the Elegance Menu with wine pairing. It's about $150, but it's worth it! I love fine food and wine, and this was the best meal I have ever had.
