Baby, it's HOT out there, but that doesn't stop us from enjoying the wonders of NYC. If anything, we tend to enjoy them even more! Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy the summer season.
The Corcoran Group: Take a break from the concrete jungle at this much improved beach and interesting boardwalk. Get a Nathan's Hot Dog, Shoot the Freak, down a beer or just walk. It's our favorite nearby escape.

The Corcoran Group: There’s no better and cheaper way to enjoy a baseball game then at a Brooklyn Cyclones game. You’re so close to the players and beers and dogs are awesome.

The Corcoran Group: The summertime home of the Public Theater and a glorious outdoor stage for all their Shakespeare in the Park productions. Tickets are free, if you’re lucky enough to get ‘em.
Embarcadère · Financial District · 410 conseils et avis
The Corcoran Group: It might be the worst kept secret in NYC – but impress out-of-towners with a ride and enjoy the best views of the Statue of Liberty. The ride is free…the beer is cheap.
