Fuyuhiko T. • Avril 4, 2023串かつ屋なのにキスは無いけど鰯が有るのは変わってる。串が上がって後「ソースで」「そのままで」と食べ方の指定をされるとこに拘りを感じる。鰯やホタル烏賊の串があったり, 菊正宗の樽酒があるとこなど、普通の串カツやと違いがあってこういうのも有りだ。土手焼きなど関西の一品料理なども有り。
