Both Park Güell and Guinardó are quite busy, but if you want great views of the city, and some peace and quiet, this is a great place!
Really nice vermouth and wines, with small tapas to share. I wouldn't have a proper dinner here but you should definitely make a stop for a snack before or after dinner.
