Beware: the TramTracker displays are usually two minutes slow on arrival times.
Busy and huge, Darling Quarter is home to plenty of places to go, be it to shop, play at the playground, attend a convention, learn at the Powerhouse Museum, or relax in the Chinese Garden.
If you can't find it, don't give up! It's tucked away behind a building. There are a couple signs that will point you in the right direction.
The main galleries are free, but some traveling/temporary exhibits may be paid. The gallery also goes down, rather than up in regards to floors.
If you're looking for a quiet dining experience, you've come to the wrong place. There's plenty of shouting from the staff (in Japanese!) and a wait isn't uncommon. Go for the experience ;)
This Kinokuniya is huge and has a huge selection of books (manga included) in multiple languages. If you can't find something, use one of the computers (Kino Navi) or ask the staff.
Checking out? You can do it at the reception desk at the lounge. They'll even hold your bags for you if your plane or train isn't until later in the day.
WiFi is free if you're a HHonors Gold or Diamond member and is very fast. Works throughout the hotel.
The checkout terminals are multi-lingual, including in Pirate. Give it a try the next time you checkout ;)
