    Was not satisfied with the final outcome of my reservation. even though the car size I reserved was unavailable I still had to the extra $$ for the upgrade. Not happy! :-|

    Don't rent from this location if you can avoid it. The four staff I dealt with were all rude and impatient. They had an attitude and said rude things about me under their breath. So un-Hertz like!
