Victoria KelleyFévrier 11, 2015Tried everything and it was all outstanding! The brisket is just melt in your mouth phenomenal, the pulled pork super moist, and the lamb neck so tender and unlike any bbq I've had. Can't go wrong!
The best barbecue in AZ period. Try the house made sausage, turkey, fatty brisket, and beans. Also on Saturdays they have beef short rib. Get there before they open for parking!

The big secret to deal with the line: Go weekdays between noon and 12:15. The opening crush has settled down, and they usually haven’t started to run out of crowd favorites like fatty brisket yet.

They have singlehandedly ruined brisket for me. This is the best brisket in the world.
Tried brisket, pork ribs, sausage, beans & coleslaw; all were fantastic!! As great as the meats were, I could make a normal meal with just beans & slaw.
