Lesser-known rooftop bar, but such a great spot. The food at this restaurant is phenomenal as well. Really great cocktails on the roof!
Get margaritas from Turkey's Nest to bring here, bask in the sun with your pale friends.
Get their strong, cheap margaritas in styrofoam cups to bring across the street to McCarren Park.
The happy hour line starts at 3:30 (opens at 4) for $1 oysters. Try to get here as early as you can, especially for the much sought-after garden.

Not exactly outdoors... but a truly excellent cocktail bar to visit on summer nights. Never too busy. Cocktails are my personal favorite in NYC. Black pepper Moscow mule is to die for.
NYC's best pizza. If you need some fuel to keep you going all night long, come here. Don't leave without trying the Cherry Jones and Hellboy - the perfect order.
