Come to this spot right off of the Williamsburg Bridge during happy hour for a beer + a free shot. Also good for dates, with solid service, nice decor (namely the windows and seats), and great tunes.

For such a little kitchen POWB packs a crazy punch. Try pickles, oysters, and whatever is listed as a special. Love the chick liver bacon sandy. Get the whiskey sour fresh squeezed. N dont be a pussy

Cozy little spot in Williamsburg that mostly attracts locals. The most expensive cocktail is $13 and is delicious, so on NYC standards prices aren’t too bad.

Been skeptical about Mint Juleps in NYC but this place makes a good one. Sage Cuc Julep is great too. For warm drinks, hot toddy & spiked hot chocolate is tasty. For food, pulled pork for the win!

Drinks aside, the food here is on point. The chicken liver and bacon and pulled pork sandwiches are a must. Oysters and tartare are also highly recommended.

Cool, cozy spot with great cocktails and a solid bourbon and rye selection. Eat the deviled eggs and pulled pork on a seeded brioche roll.

Everything is amazing. You can't go wrong here. Probably my favorite bar for late night weekends for a chill vibe and small plates.

You should be ordering a whiskey and the chicken liver and bacon sandwich. If a book full of whiskey isn't enough, the cocktails are great too.

Great selection of brown liquids of every kind. The staff is super nice and will help you find a whiskey or bourbon you'll enjoy. The food is alright though, so don't come hungry

everything is awesome. The chicken liver bacon sandwich is great with their cocktails & if you're feeling overwhelmed with drink choices ask the bartender/server to surprise you. They know their shit!

Since you were wise enough to step in this gem, don't be a fool and not order the pull pork sandwich. Top that with the Bermuda triangle and you'll be a happy camper.

Didn't like the "all choked up" so they comped me a new drink. I did quite enjoy the New York sour. Good service, nice vibe. Will be back

You can't go wrong with anything on this menu. It's absolutely perfect. But if I had to pick, the Bermuda triangle to start and the pork slider to finish it off.

This is a little hidden gem under the BQE. The bacon grilled cheese is amazing. And they know how to make an old fashioned.

No doubt carries one of the best & largest selections of brown liquor in the borough of Brooklyn. Pair any one of them with the Chicken Liver sandwich.

It's amazing how food that good can come out of a kitchen that small. Chicken liver bacon sandwich is always a winner.

The Apple Betty is so delicious, crisp and not overly sweet! The coq au vin is a seriously tasty stew - DO IT.

If you're looking for a bourbon, try the Buffalo Trace. It's difficult to find, but Post Office has it!
