- Victoria NatenzonMai 3, 2014The spicy ramen soup (whatever its called) is my favorite. Their special rolls are definitely ones for the books. Sucks that they don't deliver.
- Nick JonesFévrier 23, 2019Their ramen is always delicious—especially the Tan Tan. Our favorite part, though, is the little dishes of kimchi they bring to the table.
- Andrew SamaniegoJuin 12, 2018The syoyu ramen is on point! Great spot near the Washington Square Arch. Grab a high table for street/ park view.
- Alastair TseDécembre 3, 2011Shoyu ramen with chashu is delicious. Get the one with extra pork if your hungry. Proper ramen and not so salty broth. It's also full of Japanese people.
- Hien LyOctobre 9, 2014Got the miso ramen. Satisfies a craving and worth me coming back for another try but nothing note worthy. The chashu is pretty delicious.
- The Curry Ramen is THE BEST. Great flavor, love the half hard-boiled egg. If you are looking for the perfect comfort food, this is it.
- Sergey SmirnovNovembre 16, 2013They have a roll for almost every school in NYU, including one for the library. The Poly roll tastes amazing.
- GiacsonOctobre 24, 2018Un mix giappo coreano ma il ramen non è niente male. Ambiente casual da universitario. Buono per un pasto caldo e veloce
- Time Out New YorkJuin 4, 2013Shio ramen is popular on Hokkaido, a northern Japanese island where lots of expensive salt is mined, and in Tokyo.
- Laurence PaverdAvril 2, 2013inexpensive. friendly fast service. Ramen was fair, possibly a little undercooked. Broth was good. Perfect for a cold day / quick meal.
- On a hot summers day, get the hiyashi ramen natsu. Sweet and spicy but cold and refreshing.
- Small dishes were the way to go in 2 early visits. Namesake ramen was only fair; bean sprouts and bamboo shoots missing.
- James MoriartyJuillet 21, 2013Go for the standard Shio Tsukuken. It's more flavorful than the menu description leads you to believe!
- Tina YeOctobre 30, 2011Vegetarian noodle offerings taste very... flat. even the spicy tan tan (broth is like chili powder water). Throw some shiitakes and kombu in there, geez
- Been going to this spot for about 3 years. Used to love it, decided to try out their new location and I'm very disappointed! Service from the new staff is shitty and not as homey as it used to be.
- Delicious every time. Get an extra soft-boiled egg, you need the protein.
- All the Gyozas are good! This is the veggie type.
- Alice MokOctobre 19, 2013They moved from 90 University Place to 1 University Place. 5 blocks down from the old location
- Niffy SpectorMars 23, 2013Curry ramen is way better than the shio chasyumen. I would never recommend chicken over pork but trust me.
- Oskar von HauskeDécembre 12, 2011I like this place, it's quick, cheap and tasty. The miso ramen is pretty good. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) En savoir plus
- Tan tan men is the mayors (as of right now) recommendation. Not too spicy, but enough to make it interesting
- the Gyoza and chicken wings are amazing ... You should get them
- shoyu ramen is amazing! the noodles here are great
- Ask for green tea. You'll get hot water in a coffee cup with a bank logo. Along with a dried tea bag like cheap Lipton. And that will cost you $1. I gave this place 2 tries. Never again.
- DJ Marshall Moore Elite EntertainmentMars 27, 2012Curry Ramen! Get there early for lunch gets packed fast
- Samantha K EnriquezDécembre 14, 2010First time here. Got the miso ramen. Had a little red pepper but it wasn't overbearing. Got lucky with a new place!
- Louis DiazJuin 17, 2011A bit disappointed. We had #2 & #4. Both, the broth was very light and not flavorful. The egg was clearly from the refrigerator since it was still cold. The pork was good.
