one of the few remaining quiet malls in istanbul- everywhere else is ridiculously crowded, akmerkez remains peaceful and clean. 100s of shops, cafes and restaurants too
i love this place. famous, classic, and delicious - try the rose turkish delight flavor! prices are great especially given the current economy- only 12 lira a scoop. no better ice cream place in bebek
great food, one of the few korean restaurants in istanbul & wide selection of food in the menu. they also have a phone charging station inside which was very helpful for me lol
very cute & cozy hotel, breakfast is nice and staff is very kind & helpful. they also help you book shuttles from the airport & arrange tours. many restaurants & viewpoints within walking distance
the szechuan tofu was great, spring rolls were slightly burnt/overcooked and the vegetable noodles were decent. prices are a bit high but it’s a very touristy area so that’s expected
the climb was a bit of a struggle tbh but the views make the sweat worth it. absolutely gorgeous viewpoint, entry fee is 5 lira but again, very worth it. definitely climb up here when you can.
this is the best place to eat in the gundogan beach area. the food is incredible, all kinds of local food & mezes for a great price. 10/10
the view is lovely from the roof bar! we felt like the menu was a bit limited (few vegetarian options) but the apps were great. pasta was okay, prices are average for restaurants in the marina area.
definitely a must see in Bodrum, a highly culturally and historically significant museum & one of the few (and best) underwater archaeology museums in the world. Entry fee is 150 lira but worth it imo
very delicious ice cream at 40 lira per scoop. definitely very pricy, can’t say it’s fully worth tbh since you can get cheaper & equally delicious ice cream elsewhere but still loved it.
this place is lovely, the menu has lovely signature hot chocolates, coffees and tea, the desserts and pastries are amazing. only thing was that we had to wait in line 15-20 mins when we went.
vast collection of all kinds of plants from various ecosystems, you can see plants native to deserts, tropical rainforests, etc. flowers and all that. amazing place
warm, friendly and familiar little mexican place with amazing tacos. seriously, try their Hard Shell Chicken Taco. $6 for two tacos is a great deal, this place is wonderful.
lovely little cafe with a good variety of pies that will make you consider saying screw my diet just get everything they have. I recommend the NY Sour Cherry pie!
absolutely amazing. wide collection of nintendo products, they have everything from games, consoles, accessories and toys! once you’re inside you’re doomed to spend time and money in here.
a classic. not the best donuts you can get in NYC per se but a classic nonetheless. love them
