Service is impeccable! You can tell certain aspects of the rooms are a little dated, but the windows on the shangri-la side are large and offer great views!

A gorgeous hotel with great prices from room rates all the way down to the room dinner menus. They take EXTREME care of their guests and have an "okay" breakfast. A great stay and will be done again!

We celebrated our wedding dinner last august 2, 2014 here with our closefriends @next2 cafe.great view at the chaophraya river,nice place for picture taking,good food,good staff one of the best hotel.

This is one of the best hotels ive been to ever. The whole experience is amaZing! From pool to room view. From staff to facilities. A paradise really. Will come back many times! :)

Very nice luxury hotel in the River bank. Travel to all the main sights by boat. Great gym and restaurant/bar selection. Stay in the Krungthep Wing, it has separate entrance and extra privileges.

The breakfasts were amazing. The room service and laundry service were wonderful as well. This hotel definitely deserves its high ratings. It achieves high levels of service for every endeavor.

Best Atmosphäre at Lobby-Bar. Good Drinks and livemusic of realy good Singers with phantastic Nightview of Chao Praya River. Great chinese Meals and original Peking Duck at Restaurant.

Luxus pur. Service der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss. Zimmer in oberen Stockwerken buchen für den dramatischen Blick über die Metropole. Verbindung zum Airport mit Wassertaxi.

Nehir manzaralı banyo keyfi..Shangri-la hoteller zaten dünyada kendini kanıtlamış durumda. Nehir manzarası harika. Minibar ise tek kelimeyle cennet :) Odalar eski tarz mimariye sahip.

Standard luxury hotel of Bangkok with good maintenance and superb and friendly staffs. Food is quite nice with many selection.

Location is great right by the river. They also free boat ride to major shopping centers along the river. The quality of service is below expected. The hotel is too big !!!

Definitely in my top5 hotels. Room, view, service - all excellent. You forget you're in BKK when breakfasting by the river. Family friendly.

Der Service ist Klasse aber das Hotel ist schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Ich finde auch 160 Bath für einen Lemon Thai Ice Tea völlig überzogen da dort noch Service und Steuern dazukommen.

Spring some cash & get a hotel car & spend the day at Muang Boran (Ancient City) or Ayutthaya. You can see so much more with a car/driver than you can on a bus tour.

Все понравилось! Wi- fi есть везде, один раз вошел и работает до отъезда из отеля. Никаких посторонних запахов. Минус только тв программам.

Try Mazzaro across the street for a change from the hotel restaurants. Concierge will point the way.
