Terrific food, the fish & chips is top notch and the sauce is fantastic. Great brit attitude with awesome music all the time. Beautiful roof deck, too. Not sure why so many bad reviews; it's cool!

People have ripped this place apart on 4sq...However, we enjoyed the muscles, bartenders and waiters were prompt and rooftop is beautiful. Once it gets worn in a bit it will be a great Ust local spot.

Sit@ the downstairs bar & make sure Chuck is your bartender. One of those barkeeps you can tell a liquor preference, mood, and/or food selection to & he'll pair it w/the perfect beer or mixed drink.

The Bitches Say: A-. A few dishes were not perfect, but The Brixton has gotten its brunch strategy down pat. The Bitches awarded The Brixton with the Most Improved and Best Indian awards for 2013!

Every Sunday evening this place hosts the coolest live Jazz jam session I've ever been to on the 2nd floor. Definitely worth going to.

This place gets some pretty bad reviews but I absolutely adore it.! Amazing food (I think I've probably tried everything on this menu thus far) not to mention great beer and atmosphere!

Bartender upstairs roof top is a good dude. Will work with your palate if you're going cocktail and keeps it real if you want to go off the menu.

This is a great after work meet up place on the 2nd and 3rd floor is bar. 1st floor is good for a rest, it's a great fun place another good add-on I'm DC Don't worry about Drew he smokes crack

The Brixton is home to the DC Jazz Jam. A no-cover jazz jam session every Sunday evening from 6:30 pm - 9:30 PM.

Brunch here is excellent and it's a really nice space overall. Nice rooftop deck also. Unfortunately accompanied by overpriced drinks, inattentive bartenders, and a sometimes yuppie crowd.

Fantastic waitstaff. But I'm used to more than one scotch egg and some lettuce in my tomato salad. Otherwise a prime night.

My experience at the brixton is that they are heavy handed.. My bourbon ginger was all bourbon with a splash of ginger!!!!

Great atmosphere and music, but the service could use some serious improvement. If your tab isn't sizable, expect to be ignored. You aren't worth their time. Primm's Cup is still worth a try, though.

The bruschetta, spring rolls, and the burger are good. The atmosphere is good, too: not too noisy.

Here's hoping this place gets better. The Pimm's Cup is bad, and the shandies and service vary by the minute. But the atmosphere is great.

The lamb shank is flavorless and the scotch egg is $9 for a single scotch egg. The food here lacks enthusiasm or flavor for dollar value.

Trivia now on Mondays at 7p! But happy hour ends at 7 so go early to get that.

After reading some lukewarm to bad reviews of this place I was expecting the worst. Instead I got an excellent Pimm's Cup, a Monty Python ale and a killer Brixton burger. The rooftop also gets an A+.

Awesome spot but I waited an hour for a hot dog and they comped me a drink that was $1 less than my food. Time to step up the service guys!!
