Jesse Johnston: Gorgeous retreat from the craziness that is Silicon Valley. There is plenty of street parking available and you can easily kill a half hour touring the grounds, enjoying the fountain and relaxing.

Jesse Johnston: It doesn't matter if you're a pizza aficionado or the rare pizza muncher, you won't leave here unhappy (or hungry!). They now also offer rice crust pizzas, and you can customize it in limitless ways.

Jesse Johnston: Definitely one of the larger farmers' markets in the area, however it is likewise one of the busiest given Mountain View's central location. Parking can be difficult to find nearby, but it's worth it.

Jesse Johnston: I'm not sure how to describe this store, but if you're in the market for some one-off knickknacks or fun, locally-made gift ideas, this is the first and only store you need visit.

Jesse Johnston: One of several LuLu's in Silicon Valley, they offer terrific tasting Mexicali food in a warm environment with a Hispanic vibe. While I prefer the LuLu's in Palo Alto, this location has better seating.

Jesse Johnston: The outdoor workout area is phenomenal and includes everything from weight vests, outdoor benches, prowlers, ropes, you name it. The indoor facilities are similarly well equipped, as are the lockers.

Jesse Johnston: Google owned gym, definitely not the largest facility but possibly the least utilized!

Jesse Johnston: Definitely off the beaten path compared to most hikes in South Bay, the only downside is the limited parking which is either $5/car if you park inside the gate or first-come/first-serve street parking

Jesse Johnston: Fun (albeit tiny) location right on Main Street. Seating can be limited, but don't be afraid to try takeaway!

Jesse Johnston: Small office with limited ability for non-SF Googlers to move between floors (take the stairs), but beautiful locale nonetheless.

Jesse Johnston: A slice of heaven (and Napa) in the Virgin America terminal. Definitely worth a visit - and check out their rice crust pizza, made to order.

Jesse Johnston: Fun, local coffee bar with a lively atmosphere, wide variety of coffees and teas on offer, and a handful of dishes for lunch and breakfast.

Jesse Johnston: One of the most well equipped Gold's Gyms I've seen. Reasonable $10 drop-in rate and friendly staff - just be sure to bring a lock for your locker.

Jesse Johnston: Super well-equipped facility with a wide variety of classes and a very reasonable day rate for drop-ins. Worlds better than Berkshire South!

Jesse Johnston: Local competitor to Guido's, with a wide variety of health foods for any diet and a sandwich / coffee bar to die for.

Jesse Johnston: Easy to drive past, but definitely worth the time to pull in and have a meal. Tasty food with a handful of healthy options, all at reasonable prices.

Jesse Johnston: One of the better movie theaters in the area, with several IMAX cinemas on offer.

Jesse Johnston: Between winter mountain sports, hiking in the spring, swimming in the summer and the foliage in the fall, what's not to love?

Jesse Johnston: Super well equipped facility with a great sound system and a wide range of equipment to play with.

Jesse Johnston: One of Google's most recently renovated campuses. The design and layout is very Boston, with themed phone rooms and common spaces.

Jesse Johnston: Google's own coffee shop, with beautiful wooden floors and an espresso machine with clear ceramic sides. Check it out!
