Josh Kongmany: I ordered the Labskaus: a northern German dish consisting of a meat-potato mush with a fried egg on top and beets, pickles, and herring on the side. Doesn’t sound too appetizing, but it was delicious!

Josh Kongmany: Best pho spot south of the Elbe! Reminded me of my mom's cooking. My boyfriend and I ordered the beef and chicken pho and a couple of Vietnamese beers. Authentic food at fair prices. Great service!

Josh Kongmany: One of my favorites! It's always packed on Saturdays with a mixed crowd. Music is loud and leans more towards rock, but with two dance floors, you can't go wrong. Bar service is quick and friendly

Josh Kongmany: Wonderful Vietnamese food at a trendy spot! I ordered the beef pho, and my boyfriend got the mi xao gion (crispy noodles). We would definitely recommend both! The wait staff was friendly and quick

Josh Kongmany: I've been to Thailand before, and this spot was authentic as can be! Decorations were beautiful and atmosphere was relaxed. I got the spicy duck, spring rolls, and a Thai tea -- all I would recommend!

Josh Kongmany: The best paella I've have outside of Spain! I recommend ordering any of the seafood tapas. The wait staff is friendly, and the kitchen staff really knows what it's doing. Best to make a reservation.

Josh Kongmany: I've found it fairly difficult to get my "Mexican" fix in Germany, but this place really hits the spot. I went with the chorizo burrito, and it was heaven! There are a ton of vegetarian options, too.

Josh Kongmany: If you're looking for an authentic German meal, this is gonna be your spot. Portions are huge, prices are fair, beer is cold, and the Schnitzel is to die for. The staff can speak English, too!

Josh Kongmany: A little bit farther out than other parks, but this is one of the best green spaces for "chillen, grillen und Kasten killen" (relaxing, barbecuing, and cracking open a cold one with your friends)

Josh Kongmany: The park is full of beautiful gardens, and lawns are perfect for picnics. I always stop by the Musikpavillon because there always seems to be a performance. The summer water-light show is a must-see!

Josh Kongmany: Wednesday is trivia night! If the weather is good, it will be held in the Hinterhof. Bottled beers as well as on tap to get your brain juices flowing

Josh Kongmany: Burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise specified. Fries are well-salted with various dipping sauce options. I got chipotle mayo. Super filling and quick meal at a low price

Josh Kongmany: Super interesting even for non-whiskey drinkers. The chocolate bourbon is a must! The cocktail bar serves up some wonderful experimental cocktails. I had a grapefruit-jalapeño margarita. Excellent!

Josh Kongmany: Rustic pub with a long heritage. Only offers "light" and "dark" beer, but both are great! Beers are served in pairs and are perfect for the economic drunk

Josh Kongmany: I got the regular size chicken and beef gyro platter. I'm known to be able to wolf down a meal, but the amount of food I got here was a challenge. Good thing it was delicious! Beware of the red sauce!
