Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room (with option for a mattress topper if you like it softer as I do).
The Bohemia burger was quite tasty, filtered water comes with mint and lime which was a nice touch, sweet potatoes fries were ok (big portion)
Small traditional place, off the beaten track with friendly service, nice tapas, and selection of Jerez wines.

Tradicional place, good ambience. List of open Jerez is not extensive as expected but understandable.
The place is tiny and crammed, but the artists and dancers were amazing! I have a better appreciation of Flamenco now :)
Delicious breakfast, coffee (highlight for me was the pan integral con tomate y manchego, but there are many more interesting things in the menu) and the orange juice! note: cash only.
