"healthy Mexican and Central American fare" - Time Out
  • Caroline S.
Casual, trendy spot with great Mezcal cocktails. If you love corn bread, ask the waiter for this savory dessert - it was amazing!

The concha (already a beautiful pastry by design) here is sensational: perfectly fluffy inside and delicately crunchy on the outside, with balanced citrus throughout. I could eat one every morning.

One more tip for good measure: the chicken soup here is the best I've ever had. It's comforting yet light, and the flavors are subtle and spot-on. Nothing is more perfect on a cold or gloomy day.

The chic design and feel transports you to Mexico City. Always get the arctic char tostada (a glorious Mexican take on bagel & lox). Herbaceous guac is delish. Skip the ranchero eggs at breakfast.

Arctic char was delicious. Great vibes and drinks like the ESL. Rest of the dishes were solid but 20% overpriced, like Cosme.

The fish milanese they raved about in the press was overrated. Good margaritas but slow service and underwhelmed

Food was seasoned well and creative. Very expensive however, with small portions and slow service.

Love the space and decor, but the food portions were far too small. I'd come back again to try their drinks.

large amount of bar seating makes this a great spot to dine at the bar. prices for most dishes are considerably lower than those at Cosme, mostly in the $10-$20 range. pictured is the steak tartare

Superb!!! I will be back. Loved the Arctic char tostado and the guacamole toast the best. Cocktails are amazing as well. Lots of mezcal, smoky drinks.

Cosme's more casual cousin tries to give u a break on prices but still not exactly cheap. Some of the best avocado toast in town. More must orders at brunch: arctic char tostada, cinnamon Cafe w/leche

Eat at the bar. Chat with your server. Order the split pea tlacoyos and have a cocktail (suggest the Salado Verde)!

Egg white omelette is good. For some reason they did not have pepper. Not sure why that's a thing

The concha is delicious. Slightly sweet pastry bread

Salmon tostada, guacamole and quesadilla mushroom. Skip ceviche as tasty but only 4 bites of fish. Mandarin cocktail!

Can't go wrong with the chilaquiles, a delightful excuse to eat nachos for breakfast
  • Reggie J.
I only came for drinks but the atmosphere and design was great.

Everything we had (chicken enchilada, chicharron, ceviche) was 90% liquid but nicely flavored. Imagine it would be fantastic cuisine in a nursing home for the wealthy elderly of Mexico City.

I like the decor but it's a tiny space and the food was just ok.

Food was great but only for a light snack. Don't come here hungry. Service is as slow as watching ice melt.
  • Kayleigh H.
Amazing mezcal menu, sit at the bar for brunch. Don't miss the split pea talcoyos.
  • Brandon P.
Get the guacamole, Milanese fish, ceviche verde
  • Eric A.
Absolutely loved the Chilaquiles! Fresh tortilla chips with a really tasty blend of spices and sauce. Make sure to add the egg!

The split pea tyacote is delicious but very small. In general you'll need about 2 to 3 plates per person to make a full meal here
  • Jonathan E.
Small portions, expensive, chicharron wasn't crispy. Very disappointed
