Everything!! There's not a bad thing that comes out of their oven! Although I usually end up there and can't resist the ham and cheese croissant

The lines haven't let up much since nationally acclaimed baker William Leaman opened shop in December 2007. The homemade breads, pastries and candies are unparalleled. And totally worth the wait.

I regret not getting the twice baked chocolate croissant, looked SO good! If you love lemony things, get the blueberry lemon dessert. It's delicious.

After you're done with the twice baked croissant, try one of the two best items: Apricot Danish or Ham and Cheese Croissant ( I cry when they are sold out). These can not be overlooked.

Sure they're famous for their croissants, but their French ham and Swiss baguette is FABULOUS! The duck rillette is mighty tasty too if you're adventurous like moi!

Twice baked almond croissant is a must! I also got the quiche and even though it was on a warming plate it was still cold so, of course it wasn't as good as I'm sure it could have been :(

Yes, the pastries and sandwiches are amazing, but so are the mochas and hot chocolates. They make their own ganache and it is delicious!

The best breads in town from a world-renowned, award-winning baker. Pastries are as good as high-end pâtisseries in France. And the pizza is really great, too! The service is the only thing lacking...

Easily one of Seattle's best bakeries, especially for baguettes and croissants. Recent addition: deep-dish pizza. Grab a croissant or two. That alone will entice you back to this neighborhood again. En savoir plus

Avoid the rush and get there early -- before 8:30 in the morning, or expect long lines. Patience is rewarded for great baked goods, and please share table space with others and be nice about it.
