I enjoy this place almost as much as two other nationally-themed locations. ‘Swedenim’ – a Scandinavian jeans outlet. And ‘Fondubai’ – a fondue restaurant with a twist of the Middle East.
Make sure to check out their new rooftop restaurant, Sabbia. Opened only 2 months ago, the Italian Riviera-themed decor features cabanas, palm trees, vintage posters and a boat-shaped oyster bar.
This place is a near-perfect Italian gastronomical experience in the form of an indoor Italian street market. Gelato stand, wine bar, and pasta restaurant all serve up topnotch food. Don't miss this!
Fantastic beer garden on the roof during summer. Also the vegetarian restaurant is quite good even if you aren't veggie / vegan. If you're lucky you might see some celebs or Mario Batali
Whenever you are there must visit Eataly for lunch or just Italian proviant shopping, but be ready for crowds of people there. It really feels like you are in Campo do Fiory, or other Italian market.
Dive into Italy's flavors and aroma. Check the 400+ cheese selection and choose between The five options: birreria, veggies, seafood, pasta & pizza and meat specialties. Tip: Reserve & be on time.
Excelente para disfrutar NYC!,Restaurantes, tablas embutidos y quesos de la más alta calidad las cuales podrán acompañar con los vinos de la casa o elegir una botella o media de un excelente Barolo.
Obsessed with the pizza and pasta section at Eataly. Put your name on the list and while you're waiting for a table explore the whole location! There's so much to see and taste!
I guess everything is great. The restaurants are really good. I had the Piatto Misto Di Salumi & Formaggi at La Piaza and a Capricciosa pizza at La Pizza & La Pasta, both fantastic!
The best restaurant in Manhattan! Good prices, friendly staff, delicious food, and the best thing is that you can buy any ingredience they have used for cooking your meal. Simply awesome!
Everything. walk around and take in all the amazing food before making your decision. The chocolate alone can take a while... They have Venchi...an Italian chocolate that is so oo good
The Eataly brand products are actually a great deal here. I picked up some 14 month aged Eataly prosciutto for dinner the other night and my bf and I thought it was the real deal - for $15/LB less!
Adoro e recomendo tudo! A pasta é ótima, a tábua de queijos com um bom vinho no centro do mercado, a pizza, os doces, o sorvete de Tiramisù sem sombra de dúvidas é o melhor que já provei!!!
The food at the various mini restaurants is really good and you can buy great quality ingredients you won't find elsewhere (but if you can do, as it's way pricey). Oh, and best gelato I've had in NYC.
The best pizza & pasta I've ever had. Had I known how much we'd love it, we'd have planned our trip around daily visits to Eataly. Get there at opening so you can get a table without a long wait.
Get the focaccia for lunch. The grilled eggplant is my favourite. If you want dessert, the gelato is a safe bet. A trip to NYC would be incomplete without a stop at Eataly, especially for foodies.
What a playground of fabulous Italian food. Where to even begin? Our suggestion is walk around, sniffing and sampling from all the different stations. Then go for it and indulge in something decadent.
Fenomenal, mercado com comidas típicas italianas, desde os queijos, embutidos, massas, finalizando com os doces um cafezinho. Funciona como um típico mercado, ou como restaurante, bar, etc.
Head upstairs to La Birreria, the year-round rooftopbeer garden with hearty bites from Mario Batali and exclusive beers from Dogfish Head’s Sam Calagione.
Mega Italian market with multiple restaurants, butcher, seafood, and cheese counters, bakeries, gelato, coffee, pizza, sandwiches, and more. Great but expensive selection; gets crowded.
High up on the roof of the Eataly complex is an Italian version of a beer garden, with a retractable glass roof that opens to cooling night breezes. En savoir plus
Unfortunately you can't order from all the tables but be sure, whatever you choose will be amazing. Try the specials of the day and if you have some space for dessert check out the Nutella bar!
It's a place where you can spend a whole day. Everything is delicious and you can bring the ingredients home after this happy day. Try the Classic Tiramisu on the Dessert place. It's to die for!
This place is awesome!! Several restaurants for all sorts of food, pasta, vegetarian, fish, nice selection of Dogfish Headbeers and food. Very nice birreria on the roof. Definitely a fav spot in NYC!
When I come here and always eat in the seafood restaurant. It is my favorite. I always order scallops! But octoplus is a good choice as well. And for dessert I love Terra Cotta, I order in the back.
One of a kind and an absolute must see. Amazing food, authentic Italy, and nothing short of spectacular every time. It's an experience not just a spot to grab lunch. AND amazing rooftopbeer garden.
Um programa obrigatório: visite, nem que seja para comer um doce. Há um espaço somente com sobremesas de nutella. Diversas opções para um café, jantar, almoço ou lanche rápidos.
eataly is an imported italian grocery store, co-owned by mario batali, that is a PALACE of food - there are multiple little restaurants within it, a beer garden on the roof, and it's really beautiful
From the bakery to the homemade pasta bar, over to the cheeses, to the butcher and coffee bar, your heart will be more than content with the offering of all this first rate Italian foodEn savoir plus
"bigger & bolder than most of New York's gelato, though also a little subdued in flavor. So stick to clean, simple flavors like fior di latte or the excellently creamy lemon sorbet for best results."
This place is like an Italian foodie's dream comes true. It has absolutely everything 'made in Italy' and more. Not to be missed when in Flatiron district.
Technically, there are several restaurants in this Flatiron hot spot, but that just makes it all the more appealing. Consider this your permission to do a pasta crawl, with minimal walking. En savoir plus
Mario Batali presents a 50,000-sq-ft gastro-playground with seven separate eateries, multiple food stores, a rooftopbeer garden, a culinary bookstore and an educational center. Yum!
As good as the Torino location, and big stars shop here (I once saw Grace Coddington in the produce section). La Piazza great for schmoozing, and La Pizza, La Pasta, and Le Verdure are heavenly.
An Italian food and drink heaven! I love getting food from one of the different bars and just sitting out on madison sq park, eating with flat iron in front of you. Great rooftop also!
I love this place!! Having been to the original Eataly in Italy, it was like being transported back to Rome for a few hours. Though much more crowded, I couldn't stop looking at everything
Wow, it's wonderland for foodies! I thoroughly enjoyed perusing the shelves and bought some lovely oil and vinegar. Must return to sample the many in house dining options. All looks divine.
Free wifi and a good study spot for those who like white noise. They have basically everything—coffee, an espresso bar, authentic Italiangelato, a cheese shop, deli, restaurant, and more!
Great place to browse all kinds of delicious fare. Stop by for panini or any of the 4 restaurants. Don't forget the birreria on the roof or the Nutellabakery on the side.
It's really amazing. A big space with different kinds of people and different kinds of products and foods. The duck rice with foie grais is terrific! Attempt to the waiting time to sit down.
Eataly is a dynamic marketplace with restaurants that was created in Torino, Italy by Oscar Farinetti in 2007. There are 26 Eataly stores in the world.
