Trop de touriste et personne ne t'explique comment ça marche. En plus c'est pas super bon et très cher. Si vous êtes à New York ne pas le faire.

Solo un sándwich es suficiente para dos personas. Es muy grasoso, aguas si no amas la carne.

“A delicatessen for 128 years.” Pastrami sandwich on rye, with matzah ball soup! Get your food, stay a while, and pay on your way out.

Stop in one of the local bars before you come here and have a few drinks. It’ll mellow you out because the place is stressful!

Oldest standing deli in NYC, and considered by many to be the very best. (It vies with 2nd Ave Deli for that honor.)

I really like the brisket as it's not too salty!

Worth at least one visit. Touristy and always busy. It’s like walking into a time machine back to the 1960s. Ask for a sample before ordering! Pay on your way out, so don’t lose your ticket.

Hasn't changed in forever, other than the prices. Pastrami is always on point, although the rye wasn't as solid or salty as it should be. Always love the coleslaw here
  • Thibault L.
Overpriced, wait is way too long, sandwichs are way too big and not even that good.

An NYC pop culture classic, try the pastrami sandwich. Ask for the When Harry Met Sally table.

Delicious pastrami sandwich. Overcrowded always, unorganised, have some patience.

Tried Katz's Pastrami Sandwich & it was savagely good!!! Wifey had the Philly cheesesteak which was ok, but the bottled iced tea & lemonade were again on another level! Truly worthy of Harry & Sally!

Be prepared for time travel! This deli is a time capsule, that serves take-out or dine in crazy-large pastrami sandwiches.

El Pastrami es bueno, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, te cobran por servicio y el precio es demasiado elevado, por que el servicio no es lo que esperas. No vuelvo

The all-beef frankfurter is seasoned deeply with garlic, salt and paprika beneath its firm, lightly charred natural casing. En savoir plus

Meşhur bir yer evet belli ama tabaklar pis, turşular kirli. Et sevmeyenler için katlanılır gibi değil.

May have some delicious food but it’s way too expensive! $20 for a simple pastrami sandwich?! No thanks. But the space is very cool and there’s a really cool atmosphere.

Full of British tourists for some reason. I have also seen Japanese and Germans. Bit of a wait and crowded. Obviously, try the corned beef. Reuben is solid.

Know what you’re ordering. Once you get to the front of the line you may be given a hard time. It is NYC,what do you expect?

The sandwiches are huge. Two people could feed to bursting on one.

We had super grumpy waitress that we were forced to tip twice - 20% incl, as we were warned bc we were 6, but then she chased us screaming we didn't tip her, so we did again. later we saw it was incl.

So surprised of the ratings. It was the worst- taste, service or value. Chicken soup was a bullion cube served half in a cup, half in the dish, a piece of rye + unchewable meat or liverwurst costs ~20$
