Airport is too small for connecting international flights, access to gates is often chaotic (especially gated D, too close to one another). Not a happy passenger. Good food though.

Small airport. Navigation is confusing as it isn't split for arrivals and departures. Our baggage took a while to arrive, and we were without any information about it or an eta.

Usually cheaper than the rest of iceland. Nice modern decor. Small. Not a lot of food selection.

Havaalanından şehre ulaşmak için otobüse 2400 kron vermek yerine günlüğü 65 €'ya araba kiralayın. En uygun fiyatlar Budget'ta. Benzin fiyatları Türkiye civarında.

Use FlyBus to/from the airport. Much cheaper than a taxi and they come often. You can buy tickets on your way out of the airport and at every hotel/hostel.

Free wifi at the airport and at most businesses throughout Reykjavik. Limited internet access in the more rural areas, but most hotels have free wifi.

Small cosy airport. Shops close early and are not mutch cheaper than in Iceland it self. Except the alcohol.

40 minute ride into town. I suggest grabbing a Viking beer from the cafe outside customs for the drive.

Two years ago this was a nice airport to go through. This time it was pretty chaotic. Terminal D for American flights is super crowded and long lines for everything.

They don't let you sleep inside the airport. Not even in the chairs. Try to come here as closest as you can of your boarding time.

The airport lacks capacity, especially early in the morning. Prepare for huge queues and arrive timely.

An airport clearly not equipped to handle large amounts of people. There's no seating at the gates which are too closely spaced together. Also, icelandair terribly mismanages bags during layovers.

Don't plan a stopover here unless you're planning to leave the airport. You're held captive in a cafeteria and they don't make boarding announcements

Don't feel like spending 200 ISK on bottled water past the security checkpoint? There's a water fountain located next to the smoking lounge entrance in the main terminal.

Efficient but post-apocalyptic with long lines, mobs of people waiting to transfer, and absurdly priced, incredibly mediocre food. Makes Iceland look like a theme park, or Soviet Russia.

Decent pricing on items at the coffee bar. The mozzarella and tomato panini is a bit bland though.
