The best bet is a glass of white wine and an array of the amusements and introductions, including confit pig tongue, salmon rillettes, escargots, and potted foie gras mousse. [Eater 38 Member]

The broth is rich with succulent chicken essence and seasoned with little leaves of dill. The carrots, cut into perfect, tiny dice, are just toothy enough to add some substance. It's a bowl of bliss!

The pan bagnat has a history in France of being the sandwich you sit on during your drive to a picnic. Meritage has kept that authentic taste (possibly better) without having the need to be sat on. En savoir plus

The northeast cocktail, pictured here was great. Oysters, ok. French opinion soup good. However, a lady pickpocketed me on a busy night and the thief attempted to use my cards at target. Keep aware!

The food and ambiance here is amazing. The staff was good with the exception of out waitress. At the beginning she was helpful but than she began to treat us like we were inconveniencing her .

Best French - French food (besides fries) was in danger of becoming passé, until Meritage breathed in a little joie de vivre. There’s not much more fun than hanging in the oyster bar. En savoir plus

Everything is delicious here - start to finish - but recently REALLY enjoyed the "couscous royal" dish: Moroccan lamb, couscous and fresh vegs. Amazing!

Voted top ten chicken wings! The result is an intensely chickeny chicken wing with a distinctly bacony flavor that yields the bone with the gentlest nudge.
