The beer list is quite intimidating (it as long as some wine lists) but the friendly bartender will help you out. The Car Bombs are a must and the pig’s head intrigues us. Next time.

Part butcher shop, part bar, part beer store—all man cave. The meat-centric fare from chef Preston Clark is top notch, and the brew selection is one of the most unique (if pricey) in the city. En savoir plus

The big dishes are for sharing so if you're on your own I'd go for the morcilla sausage and the shaved Brussels sprouts. If you have room do the Radler ice cream, marmalade and life cereal dessert!
