Pro tip: get a box full of the small pastries when going to a picnic or dinner - everyone will love you for it.
Amazing cakes for such great prices. To make the choice easier for you, definitely go with the strawberry shortcake - it's to die for!

Best sfogliatelle outside of Napoli. This place can get busy with tourists but it's worth it. Just remember to get a number from the ticket machine on your right when you walk in - don't be a square

A real and honorable 'pasticceria italiana,' the best I've found in NYC, so far. I can't get enough of their mini cannoli! The tea cookies are also great! And their boxes, so simple and elegant!
