It's known for their nabe but a friend told us to come for their sukiyaki and it was sooooo good! Did not disappoint! The meatballs are so tasty and the prime beef dipped in the egg wash is yummy too.

One of the less known hiking trails on Ohau is the Koko Gardens. This area has so many different kinds of plants and vegetation and is a quiet place to spend the day. Rarely many people here.

Make sure to wear good hikingh shoes. Flip flops not recomended. It gets pretty muddy as you go higher and deeper in. But the waterfall at the end is amazing.
Great for day AND night, especially at full moon. You can get some great shots of Waimanalo with the rising moon in the background.
Whale watching from November to April so bring binoculars during the season. Also don't forget to put the sunblock on! Only a 45 minute hike up and back with only the best views!
Great Hike with a lot of elevation gain very quickly. Technically closed so be here between midnight and 2 am to avoid the guard.
This used to be the famous Paradise Park at one point. After it closed down the location became a site for TV productions like Lost and also has several hiking trails.
