We stayed fri-sat and the swimming was wonderful both days busy but not over crowded. Everything was clean and nice. Remember only 2 per tube so if you have a little one don't plan on the big slides

Awesome place! Tons of fun :) the only frustration is the waiting process because of too many people not enough tubes and or rides to use them

I hate water parks - I LOVE Water Park of America. It is what a water park should be - it feels safe, yet is full of thrills. Just go.

When it gets busy raft hoarding can happen. If you want a raft, don't look for one at the wave pool, instead go to the raft slide exit.

The kids had a blast staff really friendly and helpful it was nice for the kids to go and ride and I was able to ride or not.

Make sure adults prepare mentally for your time here. A negative attitude will not make it a pleasant experience. If you come ready to play, it's fantastic.

Girls: wear a 1 piece or boarding attire if you ride the flow rider (wave simulator) my fav. Locker rentals $ only.

Fun place, but customer service needs improvement. Especially with birthday parties. They need more training on greeting patrons. Most just act asif they hate working there.
