Like most dim sum places, it can be chaotic & service is spotty, but totally worth it since I can't get my faves anywhere else: BBQ Pork-pineapple bun & Mango-grapefruit tapioca! ;9
Cozy Jap teahouse w/delicately prepared bentos, donburis, toasts, & desserts. Black sesame creme brûlée is the usual pick but my sweet tooth prefers the Mixed berry Parfait w/ fab flavors & textures
Canotto w/ brioche dough, gruyere, prosciutto, & mascarpone is my 1st pick of savory items. And for my fave sweet one, I'd take any 1 of their Canottos w/ bits of super-juicy & fresh seasonal fruit!

Delicious artisanal cakes by the slice in an ethereal setting. The cheesecake is the star attraction. The crepe cakes and strawberry shortcake are also outstanding.

Awesome staff! Awesome food! They have a 3 course Chef's Tasting pretty much daily from 4:45pm to 5:45pm for $26 that was perfectly portioned! Enjoyed the nightly live music as well
The atmosphere is amazing. Put you're feet in the sand and enjoy the view and awesome food. Best shrimp cocktail and lava flows. Happy hour is from 3-5 but only includes limited drinks.
Amazingggg!! Loved the fish tacos in the barefoot bar as well as the coconut calamari! The piña cola dad are the best! We ate here 4 times on our honeymoon! Yum!

Appetizers are good, but don't waste that precious stomach space. Portions are huge. You can always get Apfelstrüdel for dessert.
Absolute fave: French Onion soup!! ;9 Choucroute is also good. Had Steak Frites w/ both Au poivre & red wine sauces on side-both great but I prefer the wine sauce. SKIP Les Halles & come here!

This is great French cuisine. The desserts are amazing. The tarte aux Pommes was a pleasure.

Pain de Gruyere = to die for. Your mouth won't know what to do except smile :) Get a loaf to go if the bakery line isn't too long. If so, you can buy at the table at restaurant price for $0.50 more.
Best Baguette: baguette Monge-slightly swollen at middle & slender at tips, crackly outer crust yielding to a moist, almost damp crumb...tastes buttery w/o butter, rich & complex w. a subtle tang.
Delicious French pastries. Obviously the chocolate croissant is a must, but the Yuzu pastry is also good!
Chocolate almond croissants were some of the best I've ever had, not too heavy or oily. We had lunch - salad was good, salmon was amazing.
Amazing italian food of the highest quality, very posh as well. Def a celeb grubbing spot and tons of good looking upper eastsiders being cool and stuff. Also amazing rum raisin gelato.

Sunday Brunch here was great. Got the spaghetti with clam in white sauce as well as the garganelli bolognese.
The pasta here is to die for. We started with the foie gras (OMG), then we split the cavatelli & tortelloni, bombolini & choc dome dessert. It was probably the best meal I've had in all of America.

Great froyo on the 7th floor of Bloomingdales. A small size ($4.50 w/o toppings) is good enough for two to share. If you can't decide on a flavor, you can get two in one cup!
Apricot Danish is like a croissant that has an apricot jam w/ pistachio cream filling. The croissant was good. I would get it again if I was in the area but wouldn't make a special trip just for it!

Teppan lobster brushed with ponzu and served with 9 sauces, mushrooms and shishito peppers & seared scallops sushi. Skip tuna sashimi with chilli. Shaved ice dessert between 2-4 & choc mousse
Servers are excellent - helpful with sake & menu recommendations. The food was great as well - had the lobster avocado salad, wagyu skirt steak, garlic rice, and sashimi - it was all excellent.
Blueberry & Rum Raisin lovers rejoice...THE BEST homemade ice cream I’ve ever had (IMHO as a world-traveled NYC gal)! A 5-star MUST-TRY if you're in the area! Cute village by the sea too. :)
Good NE clam chowda, cole slaw & lobster roll (1/4 or 1/2 lb meat). Stars are fried scallops, onion rings & lobster stew (more watery lobster bisque w/ tons of meat). Trying Strawberry cake next time

Pricey but an al fresco AYCE buffet HK fave of mine: zen atmosphere, poolside dining next to HK Harbor, & high-quality grilled meats, seafood & salad bar, & dessert station.
caramelized plantains is so tasty - the grapefruit sorbet is super grapefruity and so refreshing
Excellent gelato. Friendly and helpful staff that let you try anything and everything. Recommend the strawberry balsamic or dark chocolate caramel sea salt. Wild Maine Blueberry also very good.
The dessert section...seriously wanted to get a piece of all of them (3 layer carrot cake, Maine blueberry cream cake, Crushed oreo and chocolate cake,strawberry lemon mousse cake, etc)
In addition to excellent pancakes and French toast, the corned beef hash was awesome. Come early, gets crowded quick.
My fave is Sweetmilk w/ strawberry purée + strawberries & blueberries (pic shows that + Strawberry snow which is not that great + Captain Crunch)

The coffee is solid (Le Columbe) as are the mini cookies (3 for $1.75 - try the chocolate chip) and mini baguette sandwiches.
