I like Crown Honda but I don’t like the new ways the service people are helping out because the kiosk is not always working and sometimes you do not get immediate help when you are there waiting.- Crown Honda promise to wash your car after you have served. I have requested this in several times what oh somethings wrong with the machine are we can’t do it today. That’s not fair to the customers.
Nice place to go for service. If you're not in a hurry!!
Derek Williams is an awesome service department rep and James Burnette aka Sinbad is the best salesman.
Ask for Jake Thompson in the service drive. He'll take care of you! Definitely the best service writer!!
