Darlan B. • Novembre 10, 2015Lots of events happen here from car shows to hot air balloon festivals. But we love the river and fountain the most!
Green H. • Mars 26, 2017Nice large park. The zoo and rose garden are here. Don't miss the girrafe peaking out of his habitat. Super cute!
Lori B. • Septembre 21, 2013One of the best escapes in Boise. Thursday night music all summer, movies in the Garden, Winter Garden Aglow, excellent children's and adult education programs.
Marshall S. • Juillet 7, 2010One of the best parks in the Boise 'area'. Water park, climbing, fishing pond, huge fields, musical instruments and rubber ground (a huge plus).
Ryan M. • Mai 27, 2012Fun place to go hang out with family and friends. Always a party in the good weather.
Emily M. • Septembre 11, 2013Go on off hours so you don't have to wait in line :) also, if you're surfing or boogie boarding.. Get across the eddy before the big boulder or you'll get dragged in the shallows.
Marit W. • Octobre 11, 2011the rose garden is simple but lovely for pictures. The gazebo is perfect for closeups with a shallow depth of field when it is crowded. The flowers make a great backdrop as well as a foreground.
Dustin H. • Octobre 6, 2012Great park with lots of wildlife. It's right on the river so there are many insects. Be sure to bring insect repellent if you are planning on a bbq or something of the sort.
Marit W. • Octobre 11, 2011love taking pictures here. The grass area to the southwest is lovely and large. The greenbelt right next door is great. The candids of kids are always fun and I especially love slides and swings.
HISTORY • Avril 10, 2013A working prison for 101 years (1872–1973), this site allows visitors a unique opportunity to learn history through the lens of regional crime.
Marit W. • Octobre 11, 2011great photo locations here as well. Look for water shots and open space shots with grass as background. Fun to play as family before shots so relaxed smiles happen.
Adriana W. • Septembre 23, 2010Great running trails, gorgeous views and you get to share with others and their pets!
Lee G. • Mai 25, 2012Excellent playground, walking path, play field, shade, bathroom. A true gem of a park on east Northview street.
Joshua J. • Mars 12, 2010Trails everywhere! Head east and climb a short hill for killer views of the Boise River along hwy 21. Link goes to Google streetview of turnoff to parking lot.
