I liked the audio stations best. The whole museum gives you a good feeling of how Iceland came to be. And everything is also in English.
Convenient parking, free for up to 3 hours if you spend EUR 30.- (go to Infopoint); new: car wash available at the parking; Selection of shops changes quite often, but Müller, Hofer and Merkur stay
Reservation needed, especially for weekends. Lactose-free or soy milk also available. Fluffy omelets (Andreas Hofer is my favourite!)
World biggest computer museum, very nice, lots of stuff to see, also interactive for kids and adults. We spent at least 5 hours there and could have gone on... Must see!
Very nice pool and sauna area on the top floor. The best beds I ever encountered in a hotel!
If you are looking for fresh fruit and vegetables, here's the place. Also lots of food stuff from all over the world that is not available in most supermarkets.
Very nice staff, delicious pizza, they also deliver. My favourite is the half-half where you can choose two from any of the menu!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Take a ticket with a number, and browse while you wait!
I actually like the pigs and cows best! Good also in bad weather when there's fewer visitors and more available parking.
