Cheri Has Her Masters of Science in Nutrition, Is Board Certified As a Clinical Nutritionist and Is Also a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor.

Cheri studied psychology and biology in her undergraduate training and incorporates positive psychology and behavior change in her sessions. Cheri is passionate about helping individuals achieve an optimal state of health and continues to pursue continuing education thus being on the forefront of Nutritional & Functional Medicine to best serve her clients. Professional Science Based Compassionate Goal Oriented Individualized Effective Sessions with our Clinical Nutritionist will provide you with tools and understanding on how to achieve optimal health regardless of your current state of health.
