    Great yoga spot. $2 to rent a mat and the class is donation based. Come at least 20 min early to get a good spot. Each class varies in difficulty so be ready for a surprise!

    90 minute power vinyasa on Sundays are my favorite, and NYC's best yoga bargain. Get there at least 15 minutes early, and BYO mat (though they do provide them). Pay nicely.

    Love it here! Get there at least 15 minutes early to get a good spot. The classes in the morning and afternoon work up a mild sweat, but from 6 o'clock on its workout time! Go then for the best sweat.

    This free studio makes Vinyasa yoga accessible to everyone. Even though classes can be crowded, the come-one-come-all spirit puts everyone in a good mood.

    My favorite yoga studio in the city. It is donation based and does not take reservations. So show up early to get a good spot. I like the 3rd floor better. Expect it to be crowded.

    A large number of yoga classes are offered each day. Classes can get crowded so show up early to get a good spot.

    Great instructors and environment. Non-judgemental and a great place for beginners or advanced yogis. My favorite place to practice!

    They cram people into this studio, but donation based and for all skill levels, it's a prime spot for a beginner. Instructors are mostly good.

    Evening classes fill up fast! Get there 10-15 mins ahead to secure a comfy spot. Studio is still donation based. Namaste.

    Get there early. Free yoga in NYC means a crowd and this place fills up fast. Also, bring bottled water. You WILL sweat. A lot. Don't get dehydrated.

    The instructors are great mixing in "pushups " to the mix...my arms have toned w/in a month..I've found strength in my wrists.

    My favor classes are 9 on weeknights. Never too crowded its a perfect way to wind down after a long day. Get there 10 minutes prior and you'll be fine. Wknd classes, get there 20-30 min before.

    Get here 20-30 mins earlier for a good spot since it can get crowded. The 3rd floor seems less strenuous than the 2nd floor.

    The second floor is the only studio to have air conditioning! Arrive a half hour early to get the floor of your choice.

    This place is just okay. It gets crowded and the teachers are just okay- but it is pay what you wish- so you get what you pay for. Still amazing classes here are possible.

    Good place if you know what you're doing. Not recommend if you are new as the classes are so packed it's impossible for the teachers to actually do anything but yell out poses and tell you to breathe

    Basic Vinyasa flow, no pretense, usually work up a healthy sweat & fills the lungs with new life. My weekend treat to myself, never regretted.
