Here we have the famous Fantasma Rojo, our signature Sangiovese based blend. Like the grape itself, this wine is reminisent of the Italian quality of life - food, wine, family & song. Our cab drinks in the wonderful sunshine, warmth, & brightness that Agua Dulce’s micro-climate offers. The fruit is deep purple & the wine is bold, w/ two years in French, Hungarian, & American Oak. Enjoy!
