Our craft is in our pizzas. Your ingredients are specifically sourced from the Campania region of Italy & are DOP certified. We make your pizza the way it was historically intended, using only San Felice 00 flour, Fior di latte mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, & extra virgin olive oil. Vegan / Gluten Free options available.
True Neapolitan Pizza is not sliced but we are more than happy to, if you ask your server.

Menomale, founded by a Naples native, Ettore Rusciano, and his wife– Mariya, brings authentic Neapolitan pizza to Brookland. Rusciano holds a Pizzaiolo certificate from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (True Neapolitan Pizza Association), a non-profit organization founded in 1984 in Naples.
