Toroniku is the best! I always add an egg. Unfortunately, Santouka does not do take-out.
While the broth was reasonably rich and flavorful, it was on the saltier side of things. The noodles had a decent bounce to them, which is good. En savoir plus .
For the spicy lovers, the Akaoni soup base is spicy and amazing, but Shiro soup base has great flavour too! Gyoza and chashu onigiri are a must try!
clean and small. not terrible authentic but the taste is decent and their takoyaki is sooo good. better than that crap at metrotown.
Check their twitter account @Jinya_Ramen_Van. They usually have a daily freebie posted. (Ie. Extra pork, free wontons, etc.) You just need to mention it.
