Ugly on the outside: debatable. But the interior courtyard is amazing. Who knew there was a space this nice in downtown Toronto? The inside of the building is nice too, with great common amenities.

Check out the 7th floor. There's a nice corder facing the street with two couches to sit and relax looking out.

Rooms are surprisingly big!

The sketchy alley east of the building is a good place for nefarious activities.

If only this building were half as soundproof as it is ugly. Don't live here unless you like waking up each night by the lively chorus of fire trucks, street sweepers and drunks plowing down Spadina.
