ASUS Service Centre

Went early on a Thursday. Negative waiting time if you can call it that - my number was buzzed before I could even sit. Very good service (keyboard replacement) by Ron.

Went on Saturday. Long queues. They are open from 11-1pm. Good service by this guy called Toh (not sure If I got spelling right.)

One of the few service centres not conveniently located in the city.

Look for Ron. He provided me with great service.

Very bad service on collection. Change of work hrs, only open till 7pm on wed for us working to collect causing it to be full. CSO just chop chop return the item w/o explaining much what was spoilt.

1 hour waiting time for a weekday queue (2.30pm came.. got to counter at 3.30pm)

Be prepared to wait a long long time. Even during off peak days.

This is where hope goes to die.
