Place is a bit more packed compared to other branches. Very ching chong also but it’s the drinks that matter. Worth coming. Parking is scarce though

Ordered signage Royal 9 Milk Tea with less sugar n less ice. Taste was ok but seems diluted with water. Not worth for the price. Tapioca pearls taste nice from the brown sugar. Overall pricey drinks.
