bathrooms in the main lobby are usually pretty gross, and late afternoon they'll stop stocking the toilet paper. you'll have better luck on a different floor
Check out the meditation room on the 10th floor.
If you are in the mood for fast food, there is a BK in the cafeteria at the VA.
Vending machines on 9th floor and public computers.
