There's live music if you go on the weekend, but try to get a reservation, place fills up fast!- Hands down the most authentic German restaurant. Ranks #1 in all my favorite German across the U.S. Don't forget the butcher shop around the corner called Magnolia market. yum.

Try the Corned Beef And Cabbage With Red Potatoes And Dijon Egg Sauce - A 10 year tradition of turning whole steamship rounds into the most tender lean flavorful corn beef
Absolutely love the Holländer Schnitzel Art and the potato cakes and the Bee Sting cake and basically everything. Do yourself a favor and just eat here.

Eisbein is a must order if you love pork, this dish just melts in your mouth & full of flavor.

Best German band I have ever heard. Anyone who can play cow bells, the saw and a turkey baster (yea) has my respect!!!
On a stormy wet night in Sanford this place is still packed with people enjoying the excellent German food, beer, & live music.

I had the schnitzel with mushrooms gravy, red cabbage with spaetzel.
The Rubinstein was good, but a bit small. Desserts are delicious!

Try the Beef Filet - with Heaven and Earth Potatoes and German mixed vegetables
Best thing on the menu is the Veal Zigeuner Schnitzel. It is soo yummy....

Perhaps Francisco visited during when they were short handed or somet- Try the Beer Cheese Soup - 6 cheeses. Mirepoix Krombacher pils. Chicken stock. On the menu today
