- Marija NovkovicJanvier 6, 2015Probably the nicest airport I've seen. All green and clean, with signature Indonesian architecture.
- NmFévrier 19, 2015Small and well-organized airport. Too many cafes and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi. Comparing to its small size, it has quite good duty-free shops.
- SW ChaSeptembre 30, 2015Small but has nice coffee, restaurants and food court. A maze of duty free shops. You can buy indonesian teas, cookies and coffees too.
- If u request uber or grab go level up to departures area coz local taxi drivers don't let uber and grab picking up customers in arrivals. it is annoying but it is Bali. Just take it easy
- Bianca BuenoJanvier 31, 2020Ordering a via a ride hailing app either Grab or a Gojek is much cheaper (up to 50%) than the airport taxi service. Gojek is an Indonesian company so their app and reach is very good to use.
- International airport with local culture. For muslims, there is a mosque at the 2nd floor (you'd need to check-in) and outside of the airport.
- Mr BaliFévrier 24, 2018To get the transport, taxi or car for day tour with professional tour driver highly recommended Mr Bali Tour Packages, Bali Tour Guide and Bali Tour Private Driver www.mrbalitour.com
- Katariina K.Décembre 27, 2016I honestly didn't expect much from this airport, but it surprised me pleasantly! Big windows to watch planes, spacey and good selection of shops!
- Nicole JustineNovembre 27, 2014Surprisingly nice airport with many different waiting area themes! Surely due to tourist demand, but well worth it!
- Andrew BC 翁 ÔNGNovembre 4, 2014This airport also known as Denpasar International Airport, one of the busiest airport in Indonesia.
- RomanAoût 31, 2019Upon landing go upstairs to level 3 and cross the road to the parking garage (C80) to get a Grab. Avoid local taxis.
- Much improve airport, with variety selections of food and beverages, some last minute souveniers shops are available
- Singapore, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand passports can now go through immigrations via the autogates. Also, there are food options after passing immigration e.g. Two Tigers, Hard Rock Cafe etc.
- Recommended to book your taxi early at a hotel for a certain time, not when you are about to leave for the airport as it takes awhile for the taxi to get to the hotel these days.
- Mo MuaalemiJuillet 18, 2017Good airport... just the officers at the visa counter gave me a hard time although all my documents were perfect... maybe because of my nationality... no hard feelings... good place nonetheless.
- Plenty spaces to see the outdoor views while waiting
- Ross SheingoldNovembre 27, 2014Upon entry from a foreign country, be prepared to wait in a really long immigration line. Even Tyra Banks has to wait in the long line, and she doesn't love it!
- ielamorry omNovembre 16, 2014You can feel you are in Bali immediately after you landed here. Kudos to the very Balinese cultural design to the airports, like it!
- SAADAvril 29, 2019The dislike goes for the immigration on arrival! There were 3 officers for over 400 tourist. we were waiting for an hour to pass by. Don’t pay to skip the lines cuz those people are scammers!
- Pro: fast immigration, almost no queue. Con: when departing, the obligated your through the tax free shops. Global: the renovation is a step forward. Please add aircon on the slurf to the plane..
- tareq althaherFévrier 14, 2020all good but they have to focus on adding more counters .. it's very hard everytime we go or come to bali that we have to stay 1 hour for boarding even we do on line checking... plz add more counters
- Frankie J. 😎 GreyMars 3, 2014This is the first walkable to city center Airport I ever found, just be careful with the directions! also free wifi internet is super uber fast! :D
- I like this new airport concept , so modern yet still show the cultural side of bali, but the airport tax is quite expensive, for domestic flight is 75,000rp
- HotelQuicklyAvril 30, 2014Landed on Bali and no hotel booked yet? Up to 70% discount, baby! Use code 4SQHQ for an extra 10% off your (already discounted!) booking through the HotelQuickly app. En savoir plus
- JR -Juillet 19, 2014international electrical plugs at the seats along the side at La Place. free wifi too!
- CintaJanvier 23, 2016Spent my waiting time at the TG Lounge. The airport is not too big, but there are some good restaurants to enjoy good meal.
- Hayo BartNovembre 13, 2019Taxi's at the arrival hall are controlled by Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi. Fares are extremely high. Want to use Grab or Bluebird? Head over to departures. Grab and Bluebird can pick-up guests here.
- yg abadi hanya perubahan, suasana n lokasi penataan asri, informatif, tapi buat kamu yg baru pertama lewati, pasti surprise
- NataliaMars 15, 2015Love this airport, they really made sure to reflect their culture on the architecture design. It also has good food options.
- RoanaOctobre 2, 2014Medium size airport. Some typical duty-free shops inside and cafés too. There's a spa too for that last minute massage or manicure.
- tiffany wangSeptembre 30, 2014Stunning Airport.. it has international design, when we come to here, we can feel oversea sensation but still there are some balinese things
- June LimSeptembre 19, 2015Do enter into the departure hall for more great meals before flying - Hard Rock Cafe, black canyon, last waves, Haagen Dazs and many more!
- Evann JsAvril 25, 2012Buy souvenirs outside as the prices in the airport can be 2-3times. The best place is Agung Bali and Kumbawaty in Sunset Rd. Same stuff sold in Kuta Market without having to haggle the price.
- Aini MaryaniNovembre 30, 2014November 2014..
- Good to print out your air ticket, the security will need to check your departure flight before allowing you into the airline check in halls
- ᴋᴍʏAvril 1, 2019Average size for an international airport.Arrival hall quite traditional and old.Departure hall is very modern and new layout.Plenty of food!!High end shops at departure hall area.
- Pawel SokolowskiJuillet 11, 2015If you need a taxi after arrival go directly to departures (top floor) and use one of Blue Bird Group meter taxis dropping off passengers as they are not allowed to pick up anyone from arrival.
- Grace KMai 25, 2017Go upstairs to the departure drop off area to get a metered Blue Bird taxi . Fare to Legian without traffic was about 70k IDR, much cheaper than what they'll quote you at arrivals hall.
- Humaizi Al-FikriOctobre 1, 2015A lovely airport. To fellow international flight travelers, gate 7, 8, 9 and so forth are quite a walk from the immigration desks. Give yourself extra 10 minutes to walk to those gates.
