"Pizza is ok at best. Pizzas aren’t very big. Ordered a large and it looked more like a small. The crust had no flavor. Salad looked like something you might get in an institutional cafeteria."

"Great Food. Burgers are some of the best around and the Italian Beef sandwich is great too. Be sure to try their homemade chili."

"Most locations of Lou Malnati’s are pretty good. The Lake Zurich location is not so good. Pizza is often times undercooked and soggy. Service is bad and wait times are longer than they tell you!"

"Quality has diminished at this location. Subs are mostly bread and very little meat. At a price of over $14.00 per sub there are better options out there."
