Kimchi in Utah? Pretty authentic Korean food (not BBQ) and that’s from a NY’er with ready access to K-town. Meats with pickled veggies ... could be German but for the Asian spices.

Try the Japchae, it's different and tasty! (sweet potatoe noodle stir fried with veggies and beef and stuff...)

You have to get the kimchi and pork tofu stew. Ask for it extra spicy! You can't go wrong!
