When photographing long exposures on the bridge, don't shoot when a bus crosses the bridge since the entire bridge starts shaking. Best time to shoot: after sunset.

Go to the walkway on the west side of the bridge. Line up with the center of the highway below to shoot symmetrical traffic streams. At night use a long exposure to get the traffic in blurred motion.
