    Give yourself plenty of time and bring your own chair. You will be here a while and they only have 8 seats for waiting customers. (there are currently 14 people in front of me)

    They gave me a ticket just so I can replace my modem. Looks like I'll be here for awhile, such an inefficient process. Not surprised though, Comcast can't seem to get one thing right.

    This is the most inefficient service process I've ever seen. It's like they looked at the DMV and said "How can we make this worse?"
