Order the duck early before they sell out - pancakes were good, but the second course with ginger & spring onion was outstanding! Egg fried rice was tasty too. High end Cantonese food in 60s HK deco
Excellent food, lovely atmosphere. Had the black cod and salted crispy chicken: both very good though I wonder if they’re really worth £30 per dish, especially compared to other Cantonese joints.
For dim sum, recommend the wagu beef puffs, har gau and chicken rice in lotus leaf. Also the crab and sweetcorn soup on the a la carte menu is a very worthy diversion!
We went spontaneously, so were prepared for not getting the duck. Dumplings Symphony was good if expensive, but the highlight was oddly the pumpkin rice!
