Kenny LeeSeptembre 29, 2015Fine italian cusine 으로 2015 미슐랭 1스타 받은 곳. 정통 이탤리안이라기 보다는 이탤리안과 프렌치를 섞어 놓은 느낌이 강합니다. 특히나 메뉴 구성에 있어서는 더더욱 그렇습니다. 페어링은 로컬 와인들로 구성되어 있으며 가상비 좋은 편입니다. 1스타임에도 불구하고 스텝들의 숙련도나 사비스 마인드는 2스타 이상으로 좋습니다.
